I’m a creative gal and I love to make stuff and invariably messes, but putting things back where they belong always falls to the bottom of my list. Today, I share a few fun ways to keep you inspired to clean your space (and maintain it that way!)
One of the key strategies to this is good storage– I use these super inexpensive boxes (which i bought at ikea) all around the house. I love the look of white, but like to add pops of color with my labels. This way, if my kids (who are 3 and 5 yrs old) are helping me out I can say “that belongs in the box with the blue label”
Another essential thing for keeping your space organized is my label maker!!! I bought it about 8 months ago and cannot get enough it! My geeky husband loves my label maker and almost always wants to help me when I pull it out. I like to put the printed labels onto pretty tags that I punch using the Fiskars Tag Maker Punch.
These labels below, simply make smile and I love walking past them in my craft room. They encourage me to always put my scissors and pens back where they belong. And yay for me for finally using up my favorite gold thicker alphabet stickers
